Whether it’s living more independently, getting involved in sports or community activities, or simply getting to and from work, our passionate local team can offer experience and understanding. We can provide services to privately funded clients and those who choose to self-manage their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government scheme that funds reasonable and necessary costs for people with disability.
NDIS provides its participants with the support that they need to achieve their goals, become more independent and increase their involvement in the community, leading to a better quality of life for participants and their carer’s. In the NDIS, participants have the freedom to manage the way they control their funding and select their service providers.

Funding
There are three different ways you can manage your NDIS funds:
Check your eligibility on the NDIS website.
https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/am-i-eligible
If you meet the eligibility criteria, the next step is to make an Access Request for funding by calling 1800 800 110 or visiting your local NDIS or NDIS Partner office.
Prepare for your meeting with NDIS. Think about your current supports, consider your goals, and research the different ways to manage your funding, prepare your paperwork.
A NDIA planner or Local Area Coordinator (LAC) will contact you to advise the next steps and confirm how long it will take for you to receive your approved plan.
24 hours after your NDIS approval, you will be able to view your NDIS plan on the myplace portal.
Double check everything is your plan.
Select your provider and put your NDIS plan into action.
