Hospital to Home

Is someone you know about to undergo a surgical procedure and need some assistance when discharged from hospital?  We offer personal care services, errands and simply an extra set of hands to settle you back into your home/hotel.

Indicative tasks include picking up from hospital with discharge papers and medications, driving home, picking up shopping, personal items and additional medications if needed, helping to settle in at home.

Package includes 3 hours, Monday-Friday (8am – 8pm)

*Hospital or car parking fees are required to be paid by the client.  *Please note we have slight inflated rates for weekend hours
